La imposición de las medidas correctivas a cargo de los Alcaldes o Inspectores de Policía debe hacerse mediante resolución escrita y motivada, la que se pronunciará después de oír los descargos del contraventor y examinar las pruebas que éste quisiere aducir durante el interrogatorio celebrado en el Despacho del Alcalde o del Inspector.
