Para todos los efectos de este Decreto se entenderá que las expresiones "municipios del Cauca afectados", "Departamento del Cauca", área afectada por el sismo", "municipios del Departamento del Cauca", "municipios afectados por el sismo", se refieren exclusivamente a los municipios identificados en el Decreto 2350 de 198 y a los siguientes: el Bordo, Timbiqui, Mercaderes y Guapí.
