Facúltase al Gobierno Nacional para adquirir el edificio colonial donde funcionó el Tribunal de la Inquisición, en Cartagena, y el cual será destinado a la fundación de un museo histórico, a las reuniones de la Academia de Historia de aquella ciudad, a la oficina nacional de turismo y a los demás usos que determine el mismo Gobierno, previas las reparaciones que sean necesarias.
