° Las Entidades Públicas a las cuales se refiere el presente Decreto deberán incorporar proyectos de apoyo a la Reforma Agraria en los Presupuestos que sometan a consideración de las instancias técnicas y administrativas de los niveles fiscales nacional, departamental y municipal, encargadas de estudiar y presentar para sanción legal los proyectos anuales de presupuesto.
