Distribución y transferencia. El Ministerio de Minas y Energía, en su calidad de Entidad recaudadora, distribuirá y transferirá las participaciones en las regalías a las entidades beneficiarias y al Fondo Nacional de Regalías, con base en la información suministrada por los agentes retenedores, en el término establecido en el artículo 56 de la Ley 141 de 1994. Entiéndase por recaudo para estos efectos la suma total consignada cada mes a título de regalía por los agentes retenedores.
