Aclárase el artículo primero del Decreto 457 del 11 de marzo de 1996, en el sentido de que el capital autorizado de la Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S.A., Findeter, es de doscientos mil millones de pesos ($200.000.000.000) moneda legal, dividido en dos millones (2.000.000) de acciones del valor nominal de cien mil pesos ($100.000) cada una.
