Art. 3°. Fijase en $ 4 el derecho de importación en las Aduanas de la República por cada doce y medio kilogramos de sal extranjera. Por Decreto ejecutivo podrá reducirse este gravamen en las Aduanas de Buenaventura y Tumaco. Quedan reformados en estos términos los artículos 1° del Decreto número 11 de 1901, y 1° de la Tarifa de Aduanas.
