Los Agentes y Suboficiales que hagan cursos de especialización o perfeccionamiento en la Escuela General Santander, podrán ser ascendidos preferentemente, siempre que se encuentren dentro de las condiciones y circunstancias que determine en cada caso la Junta Calificadora de Oficiales y Suboficiales.
