El Jefe del Departamento organizará el funcionamiento interno de la Jefatura, la Subjefatura, la Secretaría General, la Dirección General de Inteligencia, las Direcciones y las Oficinas Asesoras, con base en la estructura señalada en este Decreto y en la planta de personal que fije el Gobierno. En la Dirección General de Inteligencia y en las Direcciones funcionarán grupos de trabajo de planeación sectorial, con las funciones que les asigne el Jefe del Departamento mediante resolución.
