Obligación de actualización de la información. Las personas registradas en el Sisbén deben mantener actualizada su información. En caso de cambio del lugar de residencia se deberá solicitar la aplicación de una nueva encuesta ante la entidad territorial donde se ubique su nueva residencia.

En virtud el principio de calidad de la información, el DNP podrá actualizar la información registrada en el Sisbén, como producto del cotejo de información con bases de datos oficiales.

Nota: A partir del 1 de julio de 2026 este artículo será derogado de conformidad con el artículo 2 del Decreto 875 de 2024.
