Prorrógase el término para la presentación, revisión y revalidación por el tiempo de duración del Tribunal. Terminadas las funciones del Tribunal, para lo sucesivo corresponden sus atribuciones al Ministerio de Guerra, por reglamentación del Poder Ejecutivo.

Parágrafo

Terminadas las funciones del Tribunal, el archivo, debidamente inventariado, pasará al de la Sección del Ministerio de Guerra que sea conveniente.
