Art. 138. Las acciones o excepciones de nulidad de sentencias definitivas de última instancia, ya dictadas, que los respectivos interesados tengan derecho de proponer conforme a la legislación vigente de los extinguidos Estado, podrán proponerse en los términos que esa legislación establece.
