Cuando el Superintendente, de acuerdo con las facultades que le confiere el artículo 24 de esta Ley, haya fijado una contribución pagadera por cualquier establecimiento bancario, y lo haya notificado debidamente a éste, con indicación de la suma exigida, esta suma vendrá a ser una obligación de dicho establecimiento, el cual deberá pagarla al Superintendente.
