° Naturaleza. La Corporación para la Reconstrucción y el Desarrollo del Departamento del Cauca, creada por la Ley 11 de 1983, es un establecimiento público, es decir, un organismo dotado de personería jurídica, autonomía administrativa y patrimonio independiente que se organiza conforme a las normas de la ley que la creó y a las del presente Decreto.
