º . Reglamento y tarifas de los depósitos centralizados de valores. El artículo 6º del Decreto 430 de 1992 quedará así: Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el artículo 20, los reglamentos de los depósitos centralizados de valores, así como sus reformas, deberán ser sometidos a la aprobación de la Superintendencia de Valores. Las tarifas aplicables al servicio de depósito y custodia de valores serán establecidas libremente por los depósitos con sujeción a las normas del derecho de la competencia contenidas en la Ley 155 de 1959 y el Decreto 2153 de 1992.
