ARTICULO 2° Con base en el mayor producto de las regalías de petróleos en el segundo semestre de 1937 y primero de 1938, sobre el estimativo del Presupuesto vigente, ábrese el siguiente crédito adicional a la Ley de Apropiaciones de la vigencia fiscal en curso, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 29 de la Ley 42 de 1936 , así:

MINISTERIO DE HACIENDA Y CREDITO PUBLICO

Participaciones, indemnizaciones y auxilios.

Artículo 121. Para pagar al Departamento de Santander y al Municipio de Barrancabermeja la participación que les corresponde por las explotaciones petrolíferas en el segundo semestre de 1937 y primero de 1938, $ 309,450.80.
