Las distintas entidades del Estado comprometidas con el desarrollo, ejecución y seguimiento de las medidas y mecanismos contemplados en este Decreto deberán trabajar de manera eficiente, eficaz, efectiva, armónica y respetuosa con las autoridades, organizaciones Rom y sus representantes con el propósito de garantizar el carácter integral y diferenciado de las medidas de reparación.
