De acuerdo con su conducta, los condenados se dividirán en las siguientes clases: A, o de mérito; Primera o buena. Segunda, o. regular; Tercera, o mala. Las varias clases deben distinguirse por medio de una presilla colocada sobre el hombro derecho y que será de color blanco para la clase A. amarillo para la primera, verde para la segunda y negro para la tercera.
