A toda estación de radiodifusión sonora que opere en el territorio nacional sin el correspondiente contrato de concesión del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, le será suspendido el servicio y decomisados los equipos, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 10 de la Ley 72 de 1989.
