En Las Refrendaciones A Que Se Refiere El Artículo Anterior, Se Hará Constar Que Las Personas Amparadas Por Los Permisos Especiales Expedidos Por Las Autoridades Ecuatorianas, Podrán Permanecer En El Territorio De La República Hasta Por Sesenta (60) Días

°. En las refrendaciones a que se refiere el artículo anterior, se hará constar que las personas amparadas por los permisos especiales expedidos por las autoridades ecuatorianas, podrán permanecer en el territorio de la República hasta por sesenta (60) días.

Parágrafo

La permanencia podrá prorrogarse por sesenta (60) días más en virtud de solicitud formulada antes de la expiración del primer plazo ante las autoridades de Policía correspondientes. Una vez expirados tales términos, tanto el permiso especial como la autorización impartida por las autoridades portuarias, no tendrán valor alguno.
