ARTICULO 4 o. Los profesionales universitarios grado 21 de la Procuraduría General de la Nación, de que trata el inciso 3o del artículo 3o del Decreto 78 de 1990, conservarán la remuneración mensual allí señalada, mientras sean titulares del respectivo empleo o ella sea superada por incrementos salariales posteriores.
