Para los fines tributarios de esta Ley, son entidades de Derecho Público, la Nación, los Departamentos, las Intendencias, las Comisarías, los Distritos Municipales, los Municipios y los organismos o dependencias de las Ramas del Poder Público, central o seccional, con excepción de las empresas industriales y comerciales del Estado y de las sociedades de economía mixta.
