Artículo octavo. A las personas a quienes se les concede el permiso para el funcionamiento de sus agencias de empleos o colocaciones, tienen la obligación de permitir a las autoridades del Trabajo, la práctica de visitas e investigaciones que juzgue oportunas llevar a efecto.
