Artículo único. Queda rescindido el contrato de 27 de junio de 1874, celebrado con el señor Roberto Augusto Joy, sobre construccion de un ferrocarril del lago de Paturia a la ciudad de Piedecuesta. Comuníquese al Gobierno del Estado de Santander i por su conducto al contratista.
