Cuando la persona que dé la noticia y la que la recibe residan en el mismo lugar, debe darse en los términos siguientes:

1° Si se da en el lugar de los negocios de la persona que recibe la noticia, debe darse antes de terminar las horas comerciales del día siguiente;

2° Si se da en su residencia, deberá hacerse antes de las horas ordinarias de descanso del día siguiente;

3° Si se envía por correo, debe depositarse en la oficina respectiva en tiempo oportuno para llegar al día siguiente, en curso ordinario.
