COHECHO IMPROPIO. El que acepte para sí o para un tercero, dinero u otra utilidad, o promesa remuneratoria directa o indirecta, por acto que deba ejecutar en el desempeño de sus funciones, incurrirá en prisión de seis (6) meses a dos (2) años, multa de dos mil a cincuenta mil pesos e interdicción de derechos y funciones públicas hasta por el mismo término. El que reciba dinero u otra utilidad de persona que tenga interés en asunto sometido a su conocimiento, incurrirá en arresto de tres (3) meses a un (1) año y multa de un mil a veinte mil pesos.
