° Establécese dentro del país un Concurso Nacional del Niño Sano para premiar el mejor niño, lactante o pre-escolar, que se presente cada año, de acuerdo con la reglamentación especial que para tal efecto dictará el Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social, por medio de resoluciones.
