Responsabilidad del funcionario público en la entrega de certificados planos . Los funcionarios del Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi y las Oficinas de Catastro de las entidades territoriales incurrirán en causal de mala conducta por el incumplimiento en la entrega al peticionario de los certificados planos, previsto en el artículo 21 de la Ley 1183 de 2008, únicamente cuando el predio se encuentre incorporado y registrado catastralmente y presente una actualización catastral inferior a un año de vigencia. En caso contrario, el IGAC indicará al Notario el tiempo requerido para la entrega de los documentos solicitados, justificando dicho término.
