Durante el mismo lapso a que se refiere el artículo anterior, el ladrillo, el cemento, la teja de barro cocido, la madera manufacturada, la arena, la cal y el balasto que se transporten en trenes ordinarios de carga del Ferrocarril del Pacífico, con destino exclusivo a edificaciones en el puerto de Buenaventura, pagarán un flete de $ 0.03 por tonelada-kilómetro. Para disfrutar de esta rebaja deben cumplirse todos los requisitos que establece el presente Decreto.
