º Los correspondientes órganos directivos de la entidad procederán a modificar los estatutos internos en la forma que hubiera lugar para ajustarlos a la naturaleza de la entidad y a la ley. Cuando sea preciso modificar su estructura orgánica, el órgano directivo propondrá la reforma pertinente al Gobierno Nacional, quien la adoptará mediante decreto.
