Si no hay oposición, o vencido el término probatorio de seis días, en su caso, el Juez falla dentro de los cinco siguientes.

Si en la sentencia se declara la validez del pago, se ordena la cancelación de las hipotecas, la devolución de las prendas o la restitución de los bienes dados en anticresis, según el caso.
