Destínase la suma de treinta mil pesos ($ 30,000) para la reconstrucción del histórico templo de la Villa de La Concepción (Departamento de Santander).

Parágrafo

La suma de que trata este artículo será entregada para su inversión a una Junta compuesta por el señor Cura párroco, el Presidente del Consejo y el Alcalde, la cual rendirá cuentas a la Contraloría General de la Republica.
