El artículo 6º del Decreto 3817 de 1982 quedará así: "Cuando el propietario haya de ocupar el inmueble arrendado por un término mínimo de un (1) año, para su propia habitación o negocio, o haya de demolerlo para efectuar una nueva construcción, o lo requiera para reconstruirlo o repararlo con obras necesarias que no puedan ejecutarse sin su desocupación, podrá solicitar la restitución del inmueble sin necesidad de licencia ni trámite administrativo previo igual derecho tendrá el arrendador en el evento previsto por el
