Artículo segundo. Con la efectividad señalada en el artículo anterior, se crea en el mismo Fondo Rotatorio de Fomento Económico el cargo de Jefe de Estadística de la Sección de Contabilidad, con la asignación mensual de $ 400, y se nombra para desempeñar ese cargo al señor Hernando Barrera.
