(1) Artículo 23 . El Banco será Agente Fiscal del Gobierno Nacional, y éste celebrará con el Banco los arreglos que estime convenientes para que el establecimiento tome a su cargo las funciones que ahora desempeña la Junta de Conversión, salvo disposición legal en contrario.

(2) El Banco puede obrar como depositario y Agente Fiscal de los Departamentos y de los Municipios.
