La Nación contribuirá anualmente con la suma de ochocientos mil pesos ($ 800.000.00) para la construcción del hospital que actualmente se adelanta en la ciudad de Neiva, conforme con los planos aprobados por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas. Esta partida se consignará en el Presupuesto de cada año hasta la terminación del hospital.
