Articulo 3º La primera elección de los miembros que deben formar nueva Cámara de Comercio de Villavicencio, se efectuará cuando sea convocada por el Señor Gobernador del Departamento del Meta, teniendo en cuenta las reglas fijadas en los artículos 7º y 9º de la Ley 28 de 98º, y en los Decretes números 1890 de 1931, 1615 527, 1457 y 1458 de 1942; 849 de 1946; 3698 de 1948, y 1656 de 1949.
