De la Secretaría de la División de Propiedad Industrial. Son funciones de la Secretaría de la División de Propiedad Industrial

a)

Notificar conforme a la ley todas las providencias dotadas por la División;

b)

Informar a los interesados sobre el estado de los negocios;

c)

Pasar oportunamente a las dependencias de la División, las solicitudes presentadas por los interesados, para su diligenciamiento;

d)

Preparar y corregir el material para la edición mensual de la gaceta de Propiedad Indus­trial;

e)

Llevar los archivos y registros correspondientes a la División;

f)

Llevar el libro de radicación general; y

g)

Los demás funciones previstas para los Secretarios de la Rama Jurisdiccional y que no pugnen con las actividades propias de la División.
