° Los actos administrativos de la Junta Directiva se denominarán acuerdos y al igual que las actas de sus reuniones serán suscritos por su Presidente y Secretario. Será Secretario de la Junta Directiva el Secretario General del Icfes y en su defecto el funcionario del Icfes que ésta designe.
