Tanto el Poder Judicial como las autoridades administrativas o de policía, dentro de sus respectivas atribuciones y mientras no entren a ejercer sus funciones las comisiones creadas por la Ley 19 de 1927 continuarán conociendo de los juicios indicados o que se inicien ante ellos, cualquiera que sea la naturaleza de la acción ejercitada, en la forma y en los términos previstos por la Ley 89 de 1890 y demás disposiciones vigentes sobre protección de Indígenas.

Parágrafo

En estos términos quedan interpretados los artículos 10, 13 y 33 de la Ley 19 de 1927 .
