Obligación de evaluar. Los servidores responsables de evaluar y calificar el desempeño laboral de los servidores de la Fiscalía General de la Nación y sus entidades adscritas, deberán hacerlo siguiendo la metodología determinada en el instrumento que se adopte. Los servidores públicos que no cumplan con la obligación de evaluar, o que no lo hagan dentro de los términos establecidos en el inciso anterior, incurrirán en falta disciplinaria, a menos que justifiquen el retraso y sin perjuicio de cumplir con esta obligación.
