Si del resultado de la inspección que ejerza el Gobierno de conformidad con lo establecido esta Ley, se encontrare que se han cometido hechos delictuosos, o que es necesario intentar acciones civiles contra el representante de la respectiva institución, se pasará copia de la diligencia o documentos pertinentes al Procurador General de la Nación para que promueva u ordene promover las acciones a que haya lugar.
