Se entiende por Medicamento Homeopático el producto de composición y dosificación infinitesimales, preparado por un establecimiento con Licencia Sanitaria de Funcionamiento de carácter nacional, expedida por el Ministerio de Salud, para desarrollar tal actividad.

Parágrafo

Los medicamentos de que trata el presente artículo necesitan registro en el Ministerio de Salud de conformidad con la reglamentación que para el efecto éste expida. CAPITULO II. DEL REGISTRO SANITARIO DE MEDICAMENTOS, COSMETICOS Y SIMILARES Sección 1 PRODUCTOS SUJETOS A REGISTRO
