Información sometida a reserva. La información que por ley tenga carácter de reservada, o que por algún motivo ponga en riesgo los derechos fundamentales de las personas, deberá conservar su carácter reservado. En consecuencia, la misma solo podrá ser suministrada a las entidades pertenecientes al SIIJT, quienes garantizarán esta reserva.

Dicha información podrá igualmente ser utilizada para efectos estadísticos.

Parágrafo

Protección de datos. Con el propósito de garantizar la reserva y confidencialidad de la información, el Subcomité Técnico definirá los mecanismos de seguridad y control de acceso al SIIJT.
