Si la disolución proviene de causales diferentes a las enunciadas en el artículo anterior, la asamblea general declarará disuelta la asociación dentro de los sesenta (60) días siguientes a la ocurrencia del hecho que la determine. En todo caso, sin embargo, el Ministerio puede ordenar su disolución y liquidación, si la asamblea general no, se reúne para tal fin.
