Los Fondos Rotatorios De Las Fuerzas Militares Y De La Policía Nacional, Tendrán La Siguiente Organización: A) Una Junta Directiva B) Una Gerencia General C) Organismos Asesores De La Gerencia General D) Cinco Divisiones A Saber: Comercial, Industrial, Pagaduría Y Contabilidad, Sucursales Y Agencias Y Servicios Especiales

º. Los Fondos Rotatorios de las Fuerzas Militares y de la Policía Nacional, tendrán la siguiente organización

a)

Una Junta Directiva

b)

Una Gerencia General

c)

Organismos Asesores de la Gerencia General

d)

Cinco Divisiones a saber: Comercial, Industrial, Pagaduría y Contabilidad, Sucursales y Agencias y Servicios Especiales.

e)

Secciones o Grupos de acuerdo a la organización de cada División.

Parágrafo

Los Fondos Rotatorios que por su actividad, volumen de operaciones y conveniencias prácticas no necesiten del funcionamiento de alguna o algunas de las dependencias indicadas en el presente artículo, podrán prescindir de ellas y sus funciones adscribirlas a la Gerencia General.
