El Gobierno confía al patriotismo y diligencia de los señores Gobernadores de Cundinamarca y Boyacá la cumplida y exacta ejecución del presente Decreto, así como las gestiones que estimen conducentes a lograr que las Municipalidades de los Distritos en esto interesados, voten una partida de sus propias rentas, a fin de cooperar a realizar la empresa. Comuníquese a los Gobernadores de Cundinamarca y Boyacá y publíquese.
