Acuerdo de transporte . Es el convenio celebrado entre empresas de transporte marítimo debidamente habilitadas y con permiso de operación con el objeto, entre otros, de mejorar los servicios; de racionalizar el empleo de naves y costos de operación; de compartir ingresos, utilidades o pérdidas y en general, de cualquier concertación en términos y condiciones para prestar servicios de transporte marítimo.
