Régimen bancario . Las instituciones financieras sometidas a la vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria podrán realizar con los usuarios de las Zonas Francas las operaciones que autorice la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República en las condiciones que ésta señale. Así mismo, la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República autorizará las operaciones que podrán realizar las oficinas de dichas instituciones que se localicen en la Zona.
