ARTICULO 40. Incompatibilidad con otras Indemnizaciones. - Las indemnizaciones y bonificaciones establecidas en el presente Decreto como consecuencia de la supresión del empleo, serán las únicas que podrán ser reconocidas y pagadas en tal situación.
